S842 spotlights operate from 500mA constant current LED drivers, we have a number of dimming options available if required i.e. 1-10V, Trailing Edge and now we offer Bluetooth control via your IOS or Android tablet or smart phone, please see the recommended drivers at the bottom of each of the product pages.
The S842 luminaire is supplied complete with a weighted freestanding base that can be positioned on table tops to direct lighting upwards onto display items. This fitting stands only 84mm high when pointing directly upwards or 46mm when pointing at 90 degrees and is perfect for applications that require miniature discreet lighting.

1. SELECT COLOUR TEMPERATURE (CCT):[click to expand]
The light produced by candles is very warm (basically yellow/orange) whereas daylight at noon is very cool. The colour or warmth of white light is ranked on a scale, the Kelvin scale, the warmer the colour the lower the colour temperature. Candles being around 2000 degrees Kelvin (K) while daylight typically 5500 – 6500K, please select your choice of colour temperature from the list below.

2. SELECT BEAM ANGLE REQUIRED:[click to expand]
When selecting beam angle, it’s important to note how many different fixtures you have to work with, as well as the distance between these light sources. Think about whether you want overlapping beams to create general lighting and ambience, or whether you’d prefer isolated pockets of light. This is especially important if you are working with overhead recessed lighting.
