Dan is the founder of The Sunrise Patisserie and started the business after falling in love with Pasteis de nata in Porto, Portugal. On returning to the UK, he was unable to source traditional Portuguese Nata’s which tasted like the real thing! So… after months and months of hard work he teamed up with a bakery house in Portugal and well, long story short we now import pallets of Nata’s to the UK every month.
